The Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees has up to 16 members, but not fewer than 12 with at least three quarters (75%) being Edison residents and no more than one quarter (25%) being voted in from the following:  Business Owner (non-resident), City of Kalamazoo Representative, Funding Organization Representatives, Developers or Potential Employers (greater than 25 employees), Other Board Approved Categories

All Board members shall serve two-year terms, but are eligible for re-election up to 4 consecutive terms.  Board members serving four consecutive terms must sit out at least one year before being eligible again for four more terms.

The Edison Neighborhood Association Nominating Committee is always looking for new board members.  If you are interested in joining the Board, please contact the Edison Neighborhood Association for more information and an application form.
