Community Room Rental

Service Description

Room rental is for Edison Neighborhood residents only.

Key Pickup for the room will be the Thursday before your event. Please contact Adrienne at 269-382-0916 to set up a time between 11am-6pm to pick up the key on that date.

Cost breakdown:

Room Rental Fee: $205, non-refundable.

Damage Deposit: $100, refundable upon return of the key and dependent on following the rules and cleaning checklist.

 

No alcohol or drugs are to be used on the property or in the building.

 

A full list of rules will be on the contract that will be signed when you pick up the key.

Cancellation Fee

If you do not live in the Edison Neighborhood and book an event, your event will be cancelled and a processing fee of $25 will be retained from the refund.

If the event is cancelled more than 7 days before the event is to take place, there will be a standard cancellation fee of $25 retained from the refund. 

If the event is cancelled less than 7 days before the event is to take place, there will be a cancellation fee of $100 retained from the refund.
