About the Event
Analouisa Appel is trained in Kundalini Yoga and has lived in two Sikh Ashrams. Her intention is to teach this amazing technology with kriyas created to help alleviate the effects trauma have on our bodies, minds, and Spirits. Plan to come with an open mind and heart to experience something you never have before! Modifications will be taught for all movements.
Beginners are welcome.
